VJ I is a medium coated rutile type hard facing electrode. It desposite air hardening type of weld metal which is machinable. Suitable for welding of gears,shafts,gear wheels,hammers, pulleys and couplings etc.

SPECIFICATION
Hard Facing Electrode

VJ II is a medium-coated rutile-type hardfacing electrode that deposits an air-hardening carbon-chromium alloy weld metal, ideal for surfacing carbon and low-alloy steels. The weld metal is machinable with carbide tools. For hard base materials, a buffer layer of VJ-7018 is recommended to enhance adhesion and performance. This electrode provides excellent resistance to moderate abrasion and heavy impact, making it suitable for welding conveyor parts, cams, couplings, gear shafts, sprockets, pulleys, brake shoes, axles, shear blades, steel mill rolls, crane wheels, and dredge pump doors. VJ II ensures durability and reliability in demanding industrial environments.

SPECIFICATION
Hard Facing Electrode

A heavy coated, low hydrogen, basic type iron powder electrode. The weld metal is non-machinable which can withstand very high corrosion and impact. Suitable for welding of Cane cutting knives, bamboo chipper knives, crushers, hammers, screw conveyors, stone crusher jaws, mine rails and conveyor buckets etc.

VJ MANGAN

VJ Mangan is a heavy basic-coated low-hydrogen electrode that produces a 14% manganese weld metal, offering excellent resistance to high impact and moderate abrasion. Highly suitable for applications involving heavy impact and abrasion.VJ Mangan is perfect for welding crusher jaws, mining tools, grinder mantles, conveyor bucket teeth, manganese steel rails, austenitic manganese steel castings, and ball mills.

VJ CrCb 334

A heavy coatabasic type hard facing electrode produces wok hattening type weld metal. Suitable for welding of Manganese steel rails, austenitic manganese steel castings, hammers, ball mills, conveyor buckets teeth etc.
