A basic coated, hydrogen controlled iron powder electrode. It deposits a weld metal of 0.50% Mo with good creep resistance to high temperature upto 500°C. The weld is of radiographic quality. For welding creep resistant steels of 0.5% Mo steels used in pressure vessels and boilers.

A basic coated hydrogen controlled iron powder type electrode. It deposits a weld metal of 1.25%Cr and 0.5% MO with good creep resistance at high temperature upto 550°C. The weld metal is of radiographic quality. For welding of 12 1/2, Mo, 1Cr 1½ Mo and 1.25 Cr-0.5 Mo steels. Cr.

VJ 9018 B3 is a low-hydrogen, iron powder-coated electrode that ensures stable arcs and minimal spatter. It excellent creep resistance and radiographic-quality welds metal with 2.25% Cr – 1.0% Mo. Ideal for hightemperature applications such as boilers, pressure vessels, and oil field equipment, it also welds carbon or mild steel to 2.25% Cr – 1.0% Mo steels, providing durable, high-performance results.

VJ 9018B9 is a high-performance basic coated electrode designed for welding 9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb weld deposits. It offers excellent strength, creep resistance up to 600°C, and improved resistance to strain, corrosion, and oxidation due to the addition of Vanadium (V) and Niobium (Nb). Ideal for welding turbine rotors, thermoelectric power plants, and petrochemical plants.
